  1. Burning The Clocks

Brighton is not popular place among tourists to celebrate Christmas holidays. On Christmas, you will have both the beach and winter mood. Burning the Clocks is the unique art-festival on the shores of British Brighton that has been held since 1994. This festival represents the art-riot against traditional, ‘commercialized’ Christmas.

Various Southern cities have their own beach parties on the New Year, but Rio is not everyone.
